Editing Revisions Policy Statement

Editing services use a system of revision rounds to ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency in our process. A revision round is defined as one instance in which the client submits feedback or change requests and receives an updated version of the edited content in return.

Service-Level Revision Allowances:

  • Basic Plan: Includes zero revision rounds.

  • Plus Plan: Includes one revision round.

  • Pro Plan: Includes three revision rounds.

Additional Revision Rounds:

Clients may request extra revision rounds beyond what is included in their service level. These are available at a rate of $25 per 10 minutes of edit time.

What Qualifies as a Revision?

A revision may include, but is not limited to:

  • Adding, removing or rearranging content

  • Adjustments for creative direction, stylistic preferences

  • Changes to previously agreed-upon content, templates, or format decisions

Exceptions – Editor's Responsibility:

Any technical errors (such as typos, formatting issues, or errant cut points) or editorial omissions that were part of the original instructions do not count toward the allotted revision rounds. These will be corrected at no additional cost, regardless of the client’s service level.

We encourage clients to provide clear, consolidated feedback during each revision round to make the most of the service tier they’ve selected.
