You can purchase additional episode credits for any of our production services (audio, video, or add-on) at any time, in 3 easy ways.
1: On our website
To purchase additional credits from our website you can go to our homepage and click on the “Get Started” button in the upper right corner.
This will take you to a purchase from where you can choose the services you would like to purchase. For new users, you will be prompted to create a new account. For existing users, you are able to login to your current account and have the purchase applied to your existing Resonate account. Once purchased the additional production credits will be automatically added to your account.
2. In our app:
To purchase additional credits from our app you can log in to our app using your current login information. Once logged into your account you will see the “Credits” tab on your dashboard.
By clicking this tab you are taken to a page with your current purchase history as well as the option to purchase additional services. From here you can easily purchase additional audio credits at whatever service level you originally purchased by choosing the number of credits and pressing “Continue” or you can opt to have additional services purchased by clicking the “Click Here” option where you will be redirected to our signup form. Once purchased the additional production credits will be automatically added to your account.
3. Through our team:
Because our signup process is streamlined and user friendly we encourage all existing clients to purchase additional services through our website or the app. If you are unable to successfully complete a transaction you may email your Client Coordinator or our general inbox at help@resonaterecordings.com or by using the chat function on our website.
