Revision Requests
Revision requests for Social Cards, Audiograms, Videograms, or Transcriptions may be requested after you review the original asset provided to you. If the revision requested is to amend a mistake that the Resonate Recordings team made, no revision charges will be applied. If the revision requested is for preferential, formatting, or creative issues, then you may be charged an additional fee at the same $2.08/minute or $125/hour rate as our additional production, up to the cost of a new asset.
