What's expected from our clients that use show notes, social images, audiograms, or transcription services

General

Upon signing up for Resonate Recording’s services, you agree to:

  • Abide by the Terms of Service agreement

  • Familiarize yourself with our Service Details Overview

  • Pay for services before your production begins

  • Collaborate with the Resonate Recordings team to complete your New Client Profile in the Resonate app

  • Set up an onboarding call with Resonate Recordings to ensure you are familiar with Resonate’s production processes and how to share content in the Resonate app

  • Provide clear, written direction about your production as required

Add-Ons (Show Notes, Social Content)

For all Add-On services (Basic Show Notes, Advanced Show Notes, Social Images, Audiograms, and Transcription), you agree to:

  • Approve each episode master in the Resonate app to allow Resonate Recordings to create and deliver all add-on assets, understanding that not doing so (or delaying to do so) will prolong the delivery of your add-ons

  • Provide clear written direction on formatting for all written content (show notes, transcription) and creative content (social images and audiograms) or if not provided, allow Resonate Recordings to provide content to you in a standardized format

  • Provide all images to be used for social images and audiograms, or if not provided, allow Resonate Recordings to default to using your podcast artwork or a standardized template

  • Provide requested image specs to be used for social images and audiograms, or if not provided, allow Resonate Recordings to default to using a standardized 1080×1080 format

  • Provide the specific written copy for key quote social images or specific timestamps of audio for audiograms, or if not provided, allow Resonate Recordings to use their creative discretion

  • Accept additional charges that may be incurred for revision requests to your content if clear creative direction or preferences are not provided prior to creating your content
