In most cases, when you sign up for Resonate services an account will automatically be created in our app that will be linked to the credit card originally provided for your purchase. If for any reason you need to add a credit to your account you can access this in your profile settings.
To add a new credit card to your account:
Log into the Resonate app
From your overview page, click on the “Billing” tab in the header
On the right-hand side of your screen, you will see an “Add New Card” section. Enter your card information and click “Add Card.”
To add an additional or new card, follow steps 1 - 3 from above
To add an additional or new car,d follow steps 1 - 3 from above.
To remove a card, navigate to the Billing page, identify the card you wish to remove,e and click “Remove”
To set a new default card, navigate to the Billing page, identify the card you wish to make the default card for purchases, and click “Make Default.”
