In most cases, when you sign up for Resonate services an account will automatically be created in our app that will be linked to the credit card originally provided for your purchase. If for any reason you need to add a credit to your account you can access this in your profile settings.

To add a new credit card to your account:

  • Log into the Resonate app
  • From your podcast dashboard, click on the “Settings” tab in the header
  • You will be redirected to the “Show Profile” tab of your Settings
  • Under “Credit Card” you can add “New Card” with the required details and click “Update”
  • Your card should now be added under the “Credit Card” section

To update the credit card for your account:

  • Follow steps 1 and 2 from above
  • Under “Credit Card” you can add “New Card” with the required details and click “Update”
  • Your card should now be added under the “Credit Card” section
  • Your previous credit card will still be listed but your new card will be notated as the “Active Card”
