First you need to log into your account. Once you have logged in, you can access the Podcast Profile by clicking the "Podcast Profile" link on the left hand side:

Once in your Podcast Profile, you can click on the Podcast Directories section, or scroll down.

Once at the Podcast Directories section, you can fill out the required information. Everything with an asterisk must be filled out. You can click "Save" once you are finished.
